Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, the delivery time is about 30days after order confirmation. But, if we have the goods in stock, it will only take 3-4days for us to do repainting and packing.

Q: Could you supply a sample for testing ? Is it free? 

A: We can supply free sample with small value, while for big ones,usually we charge half value for sample testing.

Q: Are there any small orders available?

A: Our MOQ for each product is low, but the MOQ for each order is 1 ton, which is based on the consideration of the basic production cost and transportation cost. But for the first order, we can reduce the MOQ. Please let us know what you need. Thank you.

Q: Do you have the test and audit service?

A: Generally speaking, we supply our factory’s testing report made by our own lab, but also can supply the third-party’ s report, like SGS, according to your requirement.
