A: For new clients, our payment terms is T/T 30% down payment when place the order and T/T 70% balance upon the B/L copy.

A: We have 100% quality guarantee to customers. We will be responsible for any quality problem. Our quality warranty period as long as 12 months. Any quality problem will be solved to customer satisfactions.

Q: What information do we need to provide to you in order to confirm our parts order?

A: We work with technical drawings for any non-standard products.

If the order is for standard parts, you only have to provide us with the part number so we may define the parts of the order.
